3. Voice Data & AI Processing
Voice data is central to SpeakBold's core functionality. Here is how we handle it:
- Voice recordings are processed in real-time by our AI engine to provide instant feedback on fluency, structure, adaptability, and goal achievement
- Transcriptions and assessment data are stored in your account to track progress over time
- We do not sell or share your voice recordings with third parties for advertising purposes
- You may request deletion of all voice data at any time through the app settings or by contacting us
4. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- Service providers: Cloud hosting (for data storage), third-party AI services for speech analysis and feedback processing (these services process your input in real-time as per their API data usage policies and do not use it for training purposes), and analytics providers (to improve the app experience)
- Legal requirements: When required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of SpeakBold and its users
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction

- We use industry-standard security measures including access controls, encryption, and regular security audits
- Voice data and personal information are stored on secure cloud servers with restricted access

- Account data: Retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion request
- Voice recordings: Processed in real-time and retained for up to 90 days for progress tracking, unless you request earlier deletion
- Usage analytics: Aggregated and anonymized data may be retained for service improvement. This data cannot identify you or be traced back to your content.
