We're sorry to see you go. If you'd like to delete your SpeakBold account, you can do so using one of the methods below. Please read this page carefully before proceeding, as account deletion is permanent.
Method 1: Delete via the App
You can delete your account directly from the SpeakBold app:
- Open SpeakBold and go to Settings
- Tap on your Profile
- Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
Method 2: Delete via Email
If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by sending an email to:

Please use the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 business days.
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your account credentials and profile information
- All training session records, scores, and progress data
- Voice recordings and speech analysis data
- Custom scenarios and personal training settings
- Achievement records, streaks, and badges
- Subscription information (note: you must cancel your subscription separately)
Data Retention Exceptions
Due to legal and operational requirements, some data may be retained after account deletion:
- Transaction and payment records: retained for up to 3 years for financial compliance
- Security and fraud prevention logs: retained for up to 90 days
- Aggregated, anonymized analytics data: may be retained indefinitely (this data cannot identify you)
Important Notice
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, progress, and achievements will be lost forever.
- If you have an active Pro subscription, please cancel it through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store before deleting your account to avoid future charges
- Account deletion will be completed within 7-30 days from the date of your request
- We recommend exporting any data you wish to keep before submitting a deletion request
